International shipping

Devoiler Global dispatches from India. Orders are accepted only for destinations and delivery methods available at checkout. Enter a complete address and postal code to see the shipping charge and any delivery estimate before paying. Estimates are not guarantees; customs processing, carriers and remote-area service can affect arrival. We send tracking details when a tracked order ships.

Import duties and taxes

Where checkout calculates and charges import duties and taxes, those amounts are included in the total shown before payment. Review your order summary. If the required import-charge calculation is unavailable for a destination or product, ordering for it will remain unavailable until configured. Customs authorities may inspect parcels or ask recipients for information. If a carrier asks you to pay a duty or import tax already collected at checkout, contact nisha@devoilerinternational.com with your order number and carrier notice so we can investigate.

Address and delivery issues

Provide an address at which the carrier can deliver and respond promptly to customs or carrier requests. Contact us immediately about an address correction; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and provide any remedy required by law. We do not offer cash on delivery for international orders.
