Refund policy
Returns, exchanges and refunds
Devoiler Global ships garments from India. Please check measurements before ordering.
Change of mind and size
Where permitted by applicable law, we do not accept voluntary returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing. Many garments have an alteration margin that a local tailor may be able to use; the margin varies by item. Ask us before altering a garment. At our discretion, with our prior written approval, we may offer a new piece for 50% of the product's then-current selling price. Shipping and any taxes or duties for that new order are additional and shown before payment. This goodwill option does not reduce legal rights.
Damage, defects and incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, email nisha@devoilerinternational.com with your order number and photographs as soon as practical. We will investigate and provide the repair, replacement, refund or other remedy required by applicable law. Please contact us for return instructions; this does not limit your legal rights.
Mandatory cancellation rights
Consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom generally have a legal right to cancel an online purchase of ordinary clothing within 14 days after delivery, subject to applicable exceptions. To exercise this right, email nisha@devoilerinternational.com with a clear statement before the period ends. Return the goods within the legally required period after telling us. You pay the direct return shipping cost for a change-of-mind cancellation where law permits. We will refund eligible payments, including standard outbound delivery when required, to the original payment method within the applicable legal timeframe. Where permitted, we may withhold the refund until goods arrive or you provide proof of sending them. You may inspect goods as in a shop but may be responsible for diminished value from excessive handling. Custom-made or clearly personalized goods may be exempt where law allows. Contact us for return and customs instructions before sending a parcel from abroad.
Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights, including rights for faulty or misdescribed goods. Where this policy conflicts with such rights, the mandatory rule applies.
